 holds an M.A. in Linguistics from the University of Surrey (UK) and a Ph.D in Language analysis and interdisciplinary studies from the University of Calabria (Italy) where she is Research Technologist at the Documentation Lab. She is part of Ass.I.Term, the Italian Association for Terminology, has co-organized conferences on terminology, is a member of the Editorial Board of AIDAinformazioni, scientific journal of Information Science. As researcher in LSP, corpus linguistics, terminology and knowledge organization, she has participated in research projects relating to the development of semantic and terminological resources. Besides, she is part of the LOINC Italia working group which is in charge of developing and updating the Italian version of the Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC) Terminology.
